hey guys it's mr. like here and then I have my daughter Linux want to say hi today has we talked about some of our how do you say we might so angry and that symptoms of feeling that sometimes when we so angry another kind of icky feeling around like this is worrying or worried about anything like that she worries about getting in trouble mess up your room or Kitchen in trouble sometimes have a nice feeling normal overall good feeling talk about strategies for you guys to use to help you if you are feeling and get back to but you guys can pretend imagination that like you have a bubble butt when it's is going to show us Christian rolling a huge bubble butt you're going to Breathe Again and you are going to blow out slowly like you're trying to blow a bubble and this fingertips together but our hands are going to go out 3 I am slowly out shut up one more time turn up just a little bit you are feeling angry just don't mind off of what what I like, so that might even mean going and doing something that's going to get your mind off of it she might like to do art coloring so if we give it up can help us some other things that we exercising they were all really good things to keep your mind and your body healthy overwhelmed thank you very much for helping me out and hopefully we'll see.
